The award was given to him by Dr. Zafarul Islam Khan (Chairman – Delhi Minority Commission) for Mr. Perminder’s efforts towards Education Langar- a one of its kind initiative to ensure that no child in the country is devoid of education. This award is given to the select few individuals who have contributed immensely to the development and welfare of the masses.
