“The day of 1st October 2014 when I met Mr. Rajan Anandan (Vice President & Managing Director, Google India) and his team brought a radical change in my way of Operating business and handling employees. It was a very nice interaction with Google India employees who was so generous to take me through all the floors for a visit and office is awesome. They have each and every facility which make sure that the employee is not feeling separated from entertainment, family and social circle. They have taken care of each and every aspect of a person. I have implemented at least few thing which I could in my office including some activities and games and withing a week’s time I have realized a change not only in my employees motivation level but with me also.”
